Our Return Policy
We want to make sure you are as happy with your WINARM product as we are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving it. For products purchased from authorized dealers or retailers, their return policies apply - please contact them directly for more information.

Return and Refund Policy Details
1. Any item purchased from our website can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. You can also return your new product within 7 days of receiving it if it is defective or damaged, or if we sent the wrong item.
If the order is placed during the holiday season, customers can return the product after the holiday season for a full refund.
2. WINARM accepts returns for exchanges or refunds, but does not provide store credit or gift cards. WINARM does not accept returns on items purchased outside of winarmc.com.
3. To return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return label. If you are returning 3 or more items, please contact our customer service via email. Returns without a valid return label will be rejected. Please repack returned merchandise into the original box or a similar box.
4. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition. All promotional items, accessories, manuals and other documentation (including original product packaging) must be intact and sent with the returned merchandise, unless otherwise specified. All original accessories must be present. You may return merchandise using the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you retain the return tracking number for your records.
5. Products sold with promotional items must be returned with all promotional items to complete the return.
6. If you receive a defective/damaged product and wish to request a replacement or refund, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the product and provide visual evidence of the damage/defect. The customer service representative will provide instructions on how to handle the item based on the condition of the product.
In this case, you must ship the returned merchandise back using the return label we provide to you. If it is our fault (e.g. the product is damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong product), we will refund the original shipping cost. If you have any questions about return shipping costs, please contact our customer service department.
7. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return process. If we do not receive the returned item or the item is damaged, your return request may be rejected. Depending on the value of the returned item, you may be required to purchase additional damage insurance before returning the item.
8. Returned items that do not meet our return requirements will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
9. Refunds:
We will refund your original payment method based on the specific circumstances upon receipt of the physical return or confirmation of damage by our customer service team. If the returned item meets the requirements of this policy, we will refund the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the warehouse receives the item. Refunds will only be made to the billing name and address on the original order.

Apparel
Items marked "Final Sale" are not allowed to be returned.
No exchanges are available. Customers must return the original product to receive a refund and place a new order.
Clothing cannot be worn, washed, or altered.
No obvious signs of use, including deodorant/makeup stains, perfume or odors are allowed.
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from winarmc.com through the website.
