Shipping & Deliveries

Consumer orders will be shipped within 3 days. For B2B orders, all companies should consult their representatives. Because we accept orders worldwide (except for some countries and regions), after shipping, the arrival time depends on two main factors: carrier and distance and whether our overseas warehouse is available in the local area. Although we cannot control the shipping volume and speed of the carrier, we can provide an estimated time based on the destination area:

Our general shipping cycle is 15-20 business days. If we ship from a US or EU warehouse, the shipping cycle will be shorter. We will notify you separately and send you the shipping cycle and tracking number.

*Some remote addresses in the US and EU (such as Alaska and Hawaii) have extremely high shipping surcharges. For these areas, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

*Please note that your order may be delayed when clearing customs in the destination country. As this situation is beyond our control, we are making every effort to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Free shipping is not available for remote addresses. If you cannot select your country and region on the address selector, it is likely that the address is remote and cannot be displayed. You will need to contact us directly for a shipping quote.
